PRETREATMENT FOR DULON 1&2 SYSTEM

DISCRIPTION
Highly concentrated detergent/degreaser to be used as pretreatment before applying DULON 1&2. It removes surface dirt and grease, oil, old wax and silicon traces and creates the necessary basis for the DULON 1&2 protection system. Also to be used as pretreatment with other DULON MARINE wax- & polish products.

INSTRUSCTION FOR USE
-Use DULON BOATBOTTOM CLEAN 24 to remove algae, barnacles and weed.
-Use DULON HULL & WATERLINE CLEAN 22 to remove scale and brownish/yellow stains.
-Add 250 ml of PREDULON 00 to a bucket of warm water.
-Wash the surface with sponge or soft brush.
-Leave to work for 30 sec. 
-Rinse with fresh water.

PREDULON 00 (500 ml) treats a 10-15 meter vessel.

DISCRIPTION
Revolutionary 2-component polish- & wax system which creates a unique and impermeable molecular shield on hard surfaces like gel coat, painted steel/wood and stainless steel. DULON 1&2 gives a long-lasting high gloss armor protection, is both easy to apply and economical.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
PRETREATMENT
-Use DULON BOATBOTTOM CLEAN 24 to remove algae, barnacles and weed.
-Use DULON HULL & WATERLINE CLEAN 22 to remove scale and brownish/yellow stains.
-Use DULON POLY POLISH (strong, medium or fine) to restore weathered surfaces also to remove dull patches, scratches, persistent stains and streaks.

DULONATING
-Use PREDULON 00 to remove surface dirt, grease, oil, old wax and silicon traces.
-Apply DULON 1 using a damp cloth or sponge and leave it to dry until white haze appears.
-Do not rub off!
-Apply DULON 2 using a damp cloth or sponge and leave it to dry until white haze appears.
-Buff using a dry cloth or lamb’s wool pad and the 2-component high gloss protection system has been activated.
-In the following weeks clean/wash the dulonated surface at regular intervals using DULON PREMIUM SHAMPOO 03. 

A set of DULON 1&2 (500 ml) will treat 10-15 meter vessel and gives 365 days high gloss armor protection.

2-COMPONENT BOAT CARE

SHAMPOO DESIGNED FOR DULON 1&2 SYSTEM.

DISCRIPTION
Highly concentrated, boat shampoo specially developed to work with DULON 1&2, it has additives that keep the DULON 1&2 protection system in superb condition. DULON PREMIUM BOATSHAMPOO 03 gives a perfect result and high gloss finish, it has a self-drying action and repairs possible molecular damage in the DULON 1&2 system.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Add 25 ml DULON PREMIUM SHAMPOO 03 to a bucketful of warm water.
-Wash surface with sponge or soft brush.
-Rinse with fresh water.
-Has a self-drying action.

500ml of DULON PREMIUM SHAMPOO 03 is enough for 20 washs downs.

POLISH & WAX CARE
CRP INDICATOR: CLEAN-RESTORE

STRONG GRANULAR FORMULA.

DISCRIPTION
Professional polishing paste with a strong granular formula. It restores heavily weathered, chalky, stained and dull surfaces and it removes fine scratches and persistent stains and streaks. It can be used on hard surfaces like gel coat, painted steel and wood, stainless steel. After application, proceed the polishing process with DULON POLY POLISH MEDIUM 15.

Add 50 ml DULON BOATSHAMPOO 20 to a bucketful of warm water.
Wash surface with sponge or soft brush.
Rinse with fresh water. Self drying action.
500ml of DULON PREMIUM SHAMPOO 03 is enough for 10 washing turns.

Rinse off with water, preferably by high-pressure sprayer.

The product cleans, lubricates and descales and prevents unpleasant smells, freezing (until -300C) and scaling or petrification of (rubber) pipes and hoses.

MANUAL
Regularly add ca. 100 ml DULON TOILETSYSTEM CLEAN 32 to your toilet system during the sailing season.
For winter storage, add 1 l DULON TOILETSYSTEM CLEAN 32 to the toilet system, flush thoroughly and subsequently drain the entire system.

DULON TEAK PROTECTOR 43 is the third and final step of the 3 STEP TEAK CARE SYSTEM, a revolutionary protection product with UV-blocker used on teak(deck) or furniture. It slows down the process of coloring/greying, prevents calcification and algal bloom. It provides protection during the whole sailing season. It creates a water- and dirt proof coating and does not become greasy or slippery.

MANUAL
Use DULON TEAK DEGREASER 41 to remove stains of (winch)grease, (suntan)oils, diesel- and fuel spatters, etc.
Use DULON TEAK CLEAN & RESTORE 42  to restore weathering, greying, algae growth and to remove calcification, scales, lime, green fur etc.
Shake before use.
Surface should be clean and oil- and grease free.
Apply DULON TEAK PROTECTOR 43 pure, steady and frugal on to the surface using a flat brush or paint roller.
Avoid sheets and drops, remove extensive fluid using cloth or paper.
Drying time aprox. 20-30 minutes.
DULON TEAK PROTECTOR 43 will be complete impregnated and activated after at least 24 hours (during this period do not charge with oil or water).
